Returns & Cancellations
We gladly accept returns and cancellations.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to return your items. You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship items back.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
